Ivy&I is a Sydney-based jewellery studio founded by Claudi Schnell Evans, a German-born designer, jeweller and gemologist. Claudi is passionate about working with the finest gemstones available to create custom-made, distinctive, wedding and engagement rings and other unique jewellery.
EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE
With more than eighteen years of experience in the jewellery industry, Claudi takes an innovative approach to creating personal and unique jewellery with a twist. She likes to produce pieces with meaning, reflecting the wearer’s personality, whilst also adding her own original and playful elements to the design. She draws her inspiration and influences from architecture, natural forms and the vivid Australian environment she now calls home.
TRAINED GEMOLOGIST
As a trained Gemologist, Claudi has extensive experience in working with a variety of precious gemstones. She personally selects every gemstone for its outstanding quality, cut and colour, ensuring it is one-of-a-kind, and perfect for your design. She can offer expert advice on all gems so you are confident with your choice. Claudi only sources non-conflict diamonds which are mostly GIA certified. Her coloured gemstones are from ethically responsible sources.

Claudi also believes that her clients themselves, are one of the key raw materials in making a truly personalised piece. As a client, you are able to see your commissions evolve in a step-by step-process. Having your own piece of jewellery designed and handcrafted by Claudi is a very exciting journey.
